Hey Team,
So as we near the festivities for the super stellar birthday/xmas party…we have prepared a big fuck off bday cake for everyone to enjoy. we’ll just have to see if it’ll be enough….
the dj’s have been putting together their sets to help persuade you that the music at this digital love will be some of the best dance music you’ve heard all year round. srsly.
…and hopefully you guys are putting together your smexiest clothes so you can dance yourself into oblivion and look good doing so.
come along one last time to logo as we celebrate the last S.T.D. party of the year with cheap drinks, best music in town, and great people. thanks for supporting us all year it has been one giant highlight, and we look forward to another year of good times, good tunes and good people in 2009.

S.T.D. brings yet another international act to LOgO with highly the anticipated Berlin live electronic band Jeans Team. The band consists of 4 quirky German guys doing quirky German electronic things live on stage. They have been compared to their acclaimed predecessors Kraftwerk with their signature techno-pop/new wave sound.
Jeans Team have toured numerous times through Europe with artists including Peaches and Tarwater, have had heavy rotation of their singles through out Germany and Europe, invitations to the JOHN PEEL SESSIONS on BBC in London and basically a string of heaps of other really cool shit to solidify themselves as one of Germany’s most celebrated Techno Pop outfits.
Completing the German onslaught will be DJ Tootekool of Micro fame playing an exclusive Micro-Rock set.
Tootekool will be joined by STDJs R3, SS and Adept to provide the freshest thrusting music this side of Pluto. Come Unprotected

REGURGITATOR (AUS)
If there were ever any single band that has kept infront of their peers in Australia, defined new styles and defied any classification to one genre and to with stand the ages of time, it would be the classy boys at The Gurge.
Their name Regurgitator itself reflects consuming and throwing back up, which is probably the most accurate way to describe their music. Every style of music is absorbed into their music making machine and reproduced witfully and tastefully (if I can say that) into a style uncomparable to anyone else.
They have headlined national and international tours and festivals, supported some of the greatest and quite frankly just give everyone something to talk about after one of their live shows. S.T.D. is very proud to be supporting Regurgitator in Shanghai.

S.T.D. kicks off weekend festivities in what will be complete and utter chaos inside LOgO.
Regurgitator will be testing the walls of our little live shack with their much awaited first show in Shanghai. As one of the most celebrated Australian bands of the last 10 years, you can expect to hear them play a sweaty set of punk/synth/electro/new wave/hip hop.
…ok so basically everything.
Followed by Regurgitator will be another very celebrated artist in Zulumi (yes, he is preparing a super set now that his name begins with Z…
well for this show at least) with his signature gameboys, 8 bit madness and thrashing about. To keep the bodies warm inside the place after our headliners are STDJs R3 and Adept.
